Hi! My name Emily Subr. I am a 3D Generalist who has a passion for finding unique ways to share and examine lighting and environments in animation and interactive media that allow us to explore human connection and identity in ways we might never have considered. In my MFA thesis, I explore the process of designing interactive animations that utilize folk story and universality in environmentally-driven storytelling to create reflective experiences around cultural identity.

When not dreaming and creating in the 3D universe, I like capturing the world through photography, dancing hip hop, or cooking Korean food.
